I am glad to see your approach towards us. Honestly saying, what I need
from you, would be projects relevant to Web Development, Mobile Application
Development , or custom Software.

I tried hard to locate your website, or other information, before our
conversation started, but I could not find much information. Hence though I
know that you are involved with Web Development, I do not know how far you
are into it.

Basically, we work for direct business owners, as well as other IT clients.
We work on their behalf, developing websites and applications depending on
their need. Additionally, we tie up with with partners around the globe -
individuals, or companies, who are willing to give us work, provided that
the brand label is theirs. Technically saying, they outsource their work to
us.

Since we are based in India, our rates are pretty competitive; to give you
a rough idea ( 10-12 USD/hourly) While I'd hate to brag about my quality
service, I'd rather leave it for you to decide once you engage with us
ahead.

If you think you can give us a test project, or rather want to review our

: You send us your requirement based on projects that your clients give to
you, within the services that I have mentioned above​. For every
requirement that you send to us, we will analyse the time we need to
develop the same, along with the quote for your requirement.

Once you receive the quote, you upsell this to the customer with a new
quote, where in you will add your margin.

This will not only save your resources, but also give you a cost
competitive edge, since you are not spending anything on resources that are
required to develop the project.

Assume that you do not have surplus work, and can manage everything
inhouse. In this case, we will filter out services that we have in addition
to yours, and follow the same model as above.

Assume that you are not into the IT industry, but have a strong client
lead. In this case you can pitch our services to your clients, while the
choice of using our banner or yours to take the credit is completely upto
you. In this case, again, you will add your margin on top of the prices
that I quote, before sending it to the customer.

Assume that you have no idea about the prices in this industry. In this
case, we can work with you, as your development partner, where in for every
project that you give to us, keeping our services in mind, you will be
entitled to receiving 20% of the total project cost, once the project has
been completed. This will follow for all the projects that we deal with.

Please understand that I am just trying to showcase every scenario where in
we can work together, with us being your development partner, and you being
our associate to getting more projects to work on.

We are based in India, and have a small representative office in Australia,
which is managed by our Australian partner. While this is just for
representation purpose, all the follow ups, business development, and
project development operations are handled in India. This helps us keep a
competitive edge in terms of prices, manpower and resources.

I find it important to inform you that our company will be closed from the
8th-14th of November, because of a national festival - Diwali, which is
celebrated around this time, every year.

Hello Mr. Turing,

If you are talking about the proposal, of course, I would not charge you
for partnering with me.

The work done on projects will be charged based on the project complexity.
Normally for small projects we work divide the payment terms into 2
milestones ( 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion). For bigger
projects ( 2000 USD and above), we will be willing to divide the payment
terms into 3-4 milestones depending on the project.

We will send you a standard proposal document for each project that will
act as security towards your engagement with us.

​Technically, you wouldn't have to spend any money here because, say for
example, the project quote is 1000 USD. You quote 1500 USD to the client.

Once the project is confirmed the client sends you 50% upfront, which is
750 USD. You send us 500 USD from that, and the same fashion is followed
while the last payment milestone is to be facilitated. I mean it is
completely up to you, whether you choose to engage the financials directly
through you, and then follow up with the client, or do it once the client
has deposited the amount in your bank.

In case, you work with us as a consultant entitled for 20% of the project
cost, we will reimburse the 20% to you, once the project has been
completed. You will first have to decide whether you would be adding your
margin on the quote, or would be working with us as a consultant. Only
either of it is possible.

To give you an idea of the prices, we give the final quote based on the
time required to develop the project. In this case, we devise the total
considering an hourly rate of 10-12 USD. These prices are quite competitive
when it is an organization which is working on this, because, overseas (
UK-US-Austratlia), even freelancers charge around 20-80 USD/Hour.

- A simple WordPress website would start from : 300-350 USD, and above
- Custom Designed or coded websites start from : 450-500 USD and above.
- Applications generally are more expensive, which can be anywhere
between 1500-10000 USD
